Troubleshooting
Check that your file is under the browser memory limit and uses a supported format (.pdf, .docx).
Complex layouts, embedded fonts, or scanned pages may not convert perfectly. Try a simpler version to isolate the issue.
If pages appear blank or garbled, refresh the page and re-open the file. Some PDFs may use unsupported encryption.
If your signature won't place, switch tools and re-select Sign, then try again. Clear the pad and redraw if needed.
For best results, use the latest version of Chrome or Safari. Rotate to landscape for editing on small screens.
